Fewster Properties NT is a boutique property management, leasing and sales agency, founded in Darwin in 2022. We started with a simple conviction: property owners deserve direct access to experienced people who actually make the decisions — not a call queue, and not a new face every few months.
The business is led by director Charlie Fewster, who built his career across the Territory's commercial and residential markets — including commercial and federal government portfolios at Colliers Darwin, where he was named REINT Commercial Property Manager of the Year. Fewster Properties NT was his answer to a frustration he kept seeing: good owners handed off to large agencies that treated their property as just another file.
Heading up residential is Amy Rodricks, with more than 20 years in the Darwin market across residential, commercial and sales. Between them, Amy and Charlie bring deep, hands-on knowledge of the NT market — and a genuine stake in getting it right for every client.
Today we manage commercial and residential property across Darwin, Palmerston, Casuarina, Winnellie and regional NT, and we look after every one like it's our own. We're not trying to be the biggest agency in the Territory — we're building the one owners trust to look after what they've worked hard for, over the long term.
