All applicants must provide 100 points of identification (passport, driver's licence, proof of age card, birth certificate, Medicare card, student card, utility account, bank statement, rates notice, tenancy ledger or previous tenancy agreement) plus proof of income (2–3 recent payslips, bank statement, ATO notice of assessment or Centrelink statement). Incomplete applications cannot be processed.
